The hotel industry has experienced a large increase in  competitive competition and the entry of new fierce actors in recent years. Recently, then,the crisis has introduced new rules. The players are forced to confront with; thatis why we believe that the  key point toanalyze the launch of a new hotel activity is about identity. To affirm immediately an innovative and unique personality without prejudice, clearly, for all the important aspects that each hotel must have, we believe will be a good and innovative start up.

The Art and Contemporary Culture lends itself, in our opinion, to thispurpose, as a phenomenon always changing, versatile and stylish. This sector is attracting more and more curious and people who approach it, although very different, they are all united by a cultural level above the average. The world of contemporary art is also an industry characterized by putting  the relational in the middle of theattention. The experts tend to frequent the same places hoping to meet theright people to do business. Business that most of the time are signed before agood meal or a glass of wine and certainly in a good hotel that cares aboutcontemporary culture. To contemporary art is tied a major induced tourism thatgenerates each year flows of people and money in all the "capitals of thecontemporary". Many operators have therefore tried, in recent times, to link its name to the word "Contemporary Art", as demonstrated by the rise of numerous "art hotel" "art bar" and "art restaurant" that can be detected even with a quick excursion on google. Few of these, however, have done so by following what are the rules of the industry, which is the attention to quality, internationality and respect for the roles. 

From this premise, therefore, the project "CONTEMPORARY ART & DESIGN LUXURY HOTELS & RESIDENCES" which offers itself as the first real hotel dedicated to the world of Contemporary Culture

REGARDS

The "CONTEMPORARY ART & DESIGN LUXURY HOTELS", aims to be identified , on the local and international scene as the one and only  "PATRON" hotel in the world. It promotes emerging artists, spreads and cultivates the contemporary culture using innovation and environmentally friendly tools. 

The hotel purpose is to present  a series (at least 2)  temporary exhibitions, set-up in a  multi-purpose common space, called "(name of the hotel) regards”. When the temporary exhibition is over,  one or more art works will enrich the permanent collection of the hotel.  

Collection that, in this way,  will always be in continuous development and will be updated "from tribute to tribute" with new entries.

It will be also possible to organize under the brand "(name of the hotel) for Contemporary Culture" events offering contemporary goldsmith art,  innovative and contemporary foods and artistic cusine , videos reviews,books presentations like:
